An antiquarian by passion, I found in real estate brokerage the convergence point between aesthetic sensitivity and technical rigor, dedicating myself to residences that reconcile classical ornamentation with contemporary solutions. Inspired by cities like London — where retrofit and the valorization of historic buildings are an active part of urban development — I advocate for intelligent renewal of built heritage in Brazil, still marked by the loss of distinctive properties.
